Weird, in all the years I knew my grandparents on my stepfather's side (never met my mother's parents), I don't believe I ever once heard them laugh. They were both extremely serious people. I guess it explains why my step-father never laughed (my mother laughed all the time, however :X )

I laugh all the time, fortunately. XD

I have great memories from when I was younger and I still have great moments with my grandfather and grandmother.

One example.
In the past I always went to the woods with my grandfather and his dog and my niece. We would bring a bicycle and a scooter. And there were these little hills in the woods and me and my niece would race each other then. My grandfather would be running (what you can call running for a man his age) and the dog would already be out of eyesight before we even started. We would switch the bicycle and scooter with each other sometimes. But overall it is a great memory from my past. I was between 6-10 years old and my grandmother from that side of the family already past away when I was 2 years old.
