It will most likely just get removed from your account.

If you have all the proof covering you, then no. You just have to contact Steam and explain what happened.

The purchase of the game is being recorded on his, not your account. In your history all it says is you received it as a gift/guest pass, therefore you shouldn't have any problems. However, if there is a misunderstanding, I'm sure contacting the Steam support would sort it out.

The one who bought the game gets banned. Your Steam account doesn't get suspended but Steam will remove the game (and you don't get anything back).
