Personally I use it very frequently, and it has been all around worth it. I get 95% of my games to give away from here, I also get some games for myself, and since I can't do most offers, I'm trading in cards. I also have a trade post in which I'm accepting cards for games, trading them in, get the game the guy wants and still profit a bit.

After reading the thread I wanted to register, but they won't let me since someone else probably uses the same IP.

I earned a little over 19000 coins and redeemed over 1000 dollars worth of items.

I mainly do crowdflower tasks, they're quick and the pay is good. I hate the surveys, because thei're few and far between and i get kicked mid survey for not falling into their requirements. But otherwise the site has been totally worth it. :3

Tremorgames is especially great, when you only want a single game out of a bundle.
I used to get like 150-200 to coins a day by just clicking video ads ... recently, there
seem to be a lot less video ads for me (in Germany). However, it depends a lot on where
you're from. One thing I also noticed, that, recently it's getting harder and harder to get some of
the more popular/useful bundle games ... they're often gone as soon as they stock them.
All in all my experience with Tremorgames is positive.

Total Coins Earned: 11982
4 Games and 12,50$ Steam-Wallet

It's okay

Total coins earned: 148332
Item value: $2588 - keep in mind that everything there is counted at retail price, not sale or bundle price.

Bought 26 27 various CS:GO keys over time and around 10 TF2 keys

It can be worth it but that depends on what your time is worth to you.
Personally, I take a lot of surveys there but any survey that lasts more than half an hour is not worth it for me if I don't get over 1000 coins to complete it.

I joined quite recently so do not know everything about the site but I have been consistently watching videos and downloading some free apps for a month or so and earned around 9000 coins.....but this week I actually deposited £5 on a betting website for one of their offers this netted me 13000 coins. I am yet to buy any games though.

I will say that of the roughly 30 android apps I download 1 of them was a scam and as soon as I opened it (no options) it charged me £4.50 and subscribed me to a £4.50 a week video service which I knew nothing about....I did cancel it the next day though.

Oh and sometimes the tracking of completed offers fails and you get no coins for it.

I live in Turkey, so I can't play games to earn coin. Doing tasks is not a good thing in Tremor, so I used a lot Crowdflower. Then it hit me.:
I'm too lazy to do all that stuff.
So basically I enter the site everyday to get "log in daily" coins. 3 coins, but not bad which I spent 1 second everyday.(it's been 3 years)
I got 1076$ worth games from it. I can easy say that it's legit.
If you want to get any information, you can ask me, add me.

Have around 400 codes from Tremor games (for me and gifts) Total Coins Earned: 176720, Join Date: Mar 27 2013

The only problem is that if you are outside the US it can be harder to get good offers to get them coins.

If you are too young to work, yes. Otherwise, even a small part-time job would be much more worth your time.

i use it a lot, but recent steam market updates almost killed my only earn i got on tremorgames
in czech republic i cant use any offers, tasks or videos, but still managed to get 526 425 TC and games in value (price without sale) for +- 27k $

the cheapes games cost 99 TC (sometimes even 65), that is about 4-9 cents (depends on how good trade a did for that coins), so really good price

I've earned about 400000 coins by doing crowdflower tasks. Most of my giveaways are from tremor and I managed to grab titles like

  • Spec Ops: The Line
  • Ori and the Blind Forest
  • Pillars of Eternity
  • MGS V: Ground Zeroes
  • Metro Redux Bundle
  • Fallout Classic Collection among others.
So, yeah, it has been worth it. :P

Yesyesyesyesyes :D

- My account isn't even a year old and for long time I did not do any big offers so if you really keep on doing the tasks you can get much more in this time period :)

Definitly worth it.

I used to. At one point I knew there was a certain set of tasks that would come on crowdflower at about 1am my time, and as I was up at that time anyway I did it every night for a few months. . Would get about 1200-1500 coins a night in an hour, and then by doing a some other tasks during the week it would be enough to get me into the top earners and collect bonuses as well.

At the time I reasoned that as I was chilling at home while doing it at 1am it was ok, as there was little else I could do at that time of the day from the comfort of my chair that would create some sort of wealth for myself. I'd be clicking on some of the videos on there at the same time for a little extra earning boost, as well as listening to music or half-watching youtube vids , which is something I might well have been doing anyway at that time.

I got tired of it after a while and decided it actually wasn't worth my time. It was like what, $1.33 an hour or something at peak rate for me? And I was among the top earners so no doubt many were getting less.

Just logged in now, and I got 400,000 coins in total. Still very rarely use it if I miss a bundle, but I just trade something in if I want coins. Can't be bothered doing any offers or tasks, anything like it.

It was a online casino thing. Not sure what I was actually doing for them, but think it was boosting their rankings in the google search results. Would have to search a specific term, find the relevant site, click on it, answer a couple of questions about the site and run this little applet thing to prove I'd been there. After a short while you'd learn all the answers to the questions so you didn't even have to search within the site for them.

There was a similar semi regular one I did that was similar for a finance company called Fisher Investments, but that was usually on earlier in the day.

Yes, I got a decent amount of stuff altogether (spent it all). Got about 40 tf2 keys, a few refs, a $5 steam wallet code and 160 games or so with quite a lot of non-bundled in there. Most expensive was The Wolf Among us when it hadn't seen much of a discount on Steam for 15065 coins. Think I've just found your profile on there and it looks like you did well too, nice one!

Oh yeah, the casino one and Fisher Investments, took like 10 seconds to complete.
They also had a task through a company called turkdesk, you had to logon to a remote computer and you had to follow a set of instructions, like click this, do this and it also paid 300-1000 per task.

It's a shame crowdflower got alot less tasks lately, occasionaly they even had some fun ones likes some survey "games" from universities that usually paid like 300-500 coins.

I did nice too, though lately i am lucky if i even get a survey or a few minor tasks on crowdflower, but i can't complain with 2500+ games from Desura, GOG and Steam and 300 of them given away here.
