How is it not possible to abuse that? The site doesn't confirm that a gift has been sent, you set that manually. After seven days, the winner is allowed to mark it as "not sent", so who gets priority there then, the gifter or the winner? Re-rolling HAS to be handled by support.

I'm gonna post this in the forums because I think currently cg views the activity here more so then the heaps of support tickets continuously piling up.
I currently have a ticket in place requesting a re-roll on one of my giveaways which is now over a week old and has not been accepted by the winner. What if after 7 days elapses from the gift being given a "re-roll" button appears in the backoffice so the user giving away the game can automatically re-roll the giveaway to another user in the giveaway pool?
The button will not appear until AFTER 7 days from user checking they have sent the gift. The re-roll can only be used once every 7 days a gift attempt has been made.
I think this would cut back on support tickets and make things much easier on admins / mods in the future.
