Could be the "By entering, you agree that I may reroll if I cannot gift the game for regional price differences (the game does not have keys)" in your recent giveaways. I've noticed a lot of similar things getting folks BLed. One more example, is how some people add a "Please allow delete if key is invalid." to their giveaways.
Folks don't like being told they may win, and actually not win what they entered for. It's gambling on top of gambling.
Not that I ever would blacklist for this reason, of course. I totally understand y'all's point of view. And I'm chill af, so 🤷♂️
There's also this thread, which some find annoying. But I don't gaf, so 🤷♂️I don't BL for minor annoyances.

That's interesting actually. The amount of comments you've made wouldn't explain the blacklisting.

Actually, I think I know about 3 of them. The most interesting one was because, around my birthday about 8 months ago, I announced in my giveaways that they were for my birthday celebration. Many people wished me happy birthday in the GA comments, and I was touched, so about a week after those were done, I posted another round of giveaways and said that if you had wished me happy birthday, I whitelisted you. If not, too bad, maybe next time (I WL'd a few more anyway after the fact). I guess the person got upset because they missed out on the WL and blacklisted me in retaliation. LOL
Another one I know about was because the winner used language I didn't care for when I screwed up and posted the wrong key, demanding that I fix it. I BL'd them for their attitude.
The third was because I was offline for a few days didn't realize I'd won until about Day 5. shrug
The last one . . . don't really know and don't care. I'm sure it was about my general attitude or something. ;-)
So the reasons are sundry and varied as to why one might BL someone else. So are the reasons why it doesn't matter.

Write that you dislike autojoiners, multiaccounters and accounts with unactivated wins marks.
You will see how the BL counter rise very fast.
But 95% of the blacklists will be from some low level users that you never seen before and will never see because they don't do GAs and are only angry when you want to limit their win (= income) from their multiple autojoiner accounts.

Yeah, I don't do any for those under lvl 2 anymore unless I get no CV from the GA - then I don't care. I raised that from lvl 1 because achieving lvl 1 is really too easy. I might raise it to 3 before too long; just thinking about it.

I raised it step by step because of all the trouble after the end of the GAs. Checks, reroll requests, running behind the winners that they please take their wins, being forced to hand out the wins to people with multiple unactivated wins (because the punishment were in the past much lower as nowadays -9 unactivated wins were only counted as one infraction if it first got reported after the 9th unactivated win [yes, totally stupid]-) and such stuff. It doesn't motivated me. And with each higher level are the amount, of problems, lower.
Plus i have all, that don't know the word "thanks" after a win, all autojoiners, all multiaccounters, all that grab steal with more as one account freebies on dif. sites, all that don't made a GA since years and all that only give to their region -which isn't europe- , on my blacklist. Because there are only 1k space, i were forced to add only all with level 5 or higher (and not all could be added because 1k isn't enough) and that force me to do only level 5 public GAs.
Each time when i do lower ones, like the cakeday invite only GAs soon ago, i sadly regret it again because 75% of the winners are reroll material and/or accounts for my Blacklist.
So i absolutely understand when someone raise the level for his public GAs.
