Outlast 2 demo now available on Steam (SCARY)

That size for a demo is scary.

The size of the demo is the first scary thing about this game.

I was never interested in Outlast but this one looks interesting. And it seems like you don't need to play first game to play this one, because it's different setting and characters (but same world).

7.4GB for demo..I have some CD's from magazine in my closed (since 2000 year) which include ~6-7 demo games + other things on just 700mb CD.
Maybe in 10 years the demos will be around 50gb,who knows..

I loved the first one, scary enough, relatively easy. Was a great ride. Can't wait for the second one. 7.4 GB demo though....

That download size was such a cheap jump scare, don't think I can play this anymore.

Loved the first one. There's no such thing as a game that's too scary. But then again I'm a horror vet so nothing affects me :D Can't wait for the pre-order to go up.

I'd love to play it, but i doubt my computer is going to handle it... ;-;

7.5GB for 10min of gameplay... Not worth the download, if you ask me. Just watch it on yt.

I've been waiting for Outlast 2 since I played the first game even though I still need to play the DLC (but then, I need to buy first haha)

This game will prolly be bundled again _ I shouldn't have bought the first one off Steam. Got it a few months later (again) for uber cheap from Humble Bundle.

Omg 7gb for a demo? Holy sh** outlast 1 was pretty good but better ill w8 4 the complete game

I used steam://install/521240

I see that the game has different files for Shader Model 4 and Shader Model 5.
SM4 game = around 5gb
SM5 game = around 5.5 gb

Such deal many free

Thank you for the heads up, but holymoly why is the demo so huge! I'll probably give it a go during Halloween if I can clean up enough space to run it properly.
