Someone tried Black Ops 2 on PC , is it good ?

I don't know if buy it , i read on reviews that it's really changed compared to the others but i would like to know some opinions , what do you think ?

Best CoD since CoD4 in Multiplayer, didn´t play SP and Zombie but i will give it a try later.
