While some games on PSN are cross buy (buy one, get the rest), I don't believe any of the cross system games in this bundle are. I haven't bought it myself yet to confirm though, I'm paid tomorrow.

Consoles are awesome. Lets me play games without fiddling with PC compatibility issues (an unfortunate problem with so many different set ups), and extra distractions for the nephews. They can play Sonic Generations and Crazy Taxi on PS3.

95% of a Steam focused website don't want games for systems they choose to ignore. We aren't the entire userbase of Humble. 22 people here voted they are getting it, 11,518 bundles sold on Humble.

Anyone can make a US PSN account and add the games to it. The only limitation is adding funds to the account for normal purchases, and that can be done through gift cards on Amazon, Greenman Gaming, or other sites.

To be fair, $1 for Crazy Taxi is good. You don't need to go high for just that one. And you still have Dead Rising if you ever upgrade.

Dead Rising is apparently a good game. It was bundled on Steam, but in a higher tier.

PS4 can't play the PS3 or Vita games at all.

Making a US account is easy, and once made, you just need it to download the games, they can be played on your primary account.

I would think you would want to redeem it as quickly as possible. It's not common for Humble Bundle codes to have expiration codes but I have seen a few PSN codes that did have expiration dates and no mention of that expiration date on the outer packaging that I noticed. The new South Park game came with a download code for the previous game but that code was only valid until the end of January. I waited for the game to go on sale but still managed to enter it in time. Another time late last year I bought Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris at a dollar store for 5 USD. There was no disc inside and on the front of the box it says "GAME DOWNLOAD CODE Game Disc not included --- in smaller print) but when I opened the box I saw that the code was only valid from 12/09/2014 - 12/09/2017 (that's December (US Format)). Absolutely nowhere on the outside of the box does it mention the expiration date, Sure I suppose it's possible that Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix rhought that Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris was so amazingly good that there was no conceivable way that any copies could remain unsold beyond the end of December 2017, but if someone were unlucky enough to open it after that, they would have been out the 5 bucks. Good Luck trying to return an open game or any product with a redeemable serial code inside. The person at the register might want to return it but if you've ever worked somewhere where you took a return you know that there's only so much your register will let you do. Hopefully most people were able to get something for their money but I bet there's at least one person that got ripped off, and that's one too many.

My apologies to South Park Studios and Ubisoft if they did state that on the packaging, I don't have that box in front of me. But I am staring right at the Lara Croft game box and I've scanned every inch of it over and over trying to see a disclaimer and it is not there. Putting the code inside a game box instead of a cardboard card or credit card like many codes come on is deceptive enough. To be honest I didn't notice the disclaimer that stated there was no disc inside but I buy a lot of games on the PSN and I'm fortunate enough to have an internet connection. But not everyone does. So yeah that''s kinda sleazy but defensible because they do state there's no disc on the box. Not mentioning that the code has an expiration on a product that cannot be returned however is indefensible and downright criminal, or at least IMHO it should be. Sure it's only 5 bucks, but were it a larger scale issue (most people might have never even heard about the game or seen it on a store shelf) but that's the kind of thing that class action lawsuits are made of.

TLDR -----> I'd suggest redeeming it ASAP.
