Unjustly? He did something against the rules, he deserves to be kicked and/or banned. Just because someone failed to read the rules doesn't make them guiltless.

I do understand that I've been kicked for trade offer in common chat, it's my bad and I'm sorry. I simply wondering why chat was blocked for me in 10 minutes and i get kicked in 2 days, after the giveaway for this group has ended.
And I'd understand if I've had some kind of warning or something and then was kicked of a group, but there wasn't any. I guess there's shouldn't be if I'd did something serious, but c'mon it's just one innocent message.

If you get banned from chat, you don't get instantly kicked from the group since Mike has to add you on his ban list . Thus, there is quite the delay between chat bans and group removals. Anyone can correct me if I am wrong.
Is that good enough a reason?
P.S.: If you get a chat ban in this group, from now on expect a group kick as well. From now on = when the group became private.

Well, it's right under racism.
So, using reasoning.. racism must also be allowed if trading is allowed. Along with insulting people, spamming and begging.
If the creator of that text meant "trading wanted", it wouldn't be in the list with all the other bad stuff.
