Could you change giveaways line 8 of the rules/faq section so that it no longer says that dota 2 is white listed and able to be gifted, this would stop a lot of confusion and usless threads about dota 2.

Lol, this reminded me that I made a support ticket about removing CS:GO from the whitelisted betas, over 3 months ago. It's still there.

Yes, daily, hourly even. But most of support is from the US and not everyone dedicates their day to the site.

IE be patient if you want "official" feedback.
