Where is Encore Sale?

I got told that if I missed any daily deals that encore sale would have it back. I missed Hotline Miami at 75% off on Day 1 and now its the final day and all that's on sale is Skyrim for the billionth time! Have I been misinformed?

You have to schedule your sleep around the Summer Sale, specifically the 8 hour flash sales.

I do that too... Daily deals + Flash + Vote start at 8 P.M. then at 4 AM and then at 12 PM, at the first 4 days I went to sleep at 2 and woke up at 8 until one time when I woke up 10 minutes before 12 and almost missed the deals...

The encore sale is on the front page, see where it says "Encore day"? It doesn't include every single daily/flash deal that there was, it only has the most popular ones. All this information can be gained from reading the front page of the steam store.

i don't think so... I think it's more a distribution rights thing, we can't buy either Omerta, because a distributor called FX has the exclusive rights to sell it in our country (although the price is good there), and I don't know about Expeditions, but it might have the same distributor.

iirc the last summer sale didn't have 'encore day' (2011 summer sale had one). There's nothing writen about a mandatory encore day, so I wouldn't put my hopes on that

I think you didn't quite understand the rule... If the game show up as a flash/daily/community choice deal, then buy it (Deus Ex did show up). You only wait for the last day for games that don't show up as flash/daily/community choice.
