Do you care? (You should)
Yes the environment is getting destroyed but I hate the example you gave. Di Caprio and Obama are both criminals. Since Obama was in office he doubled the USA's national debt to almost $20 trillion.
If you really care about what is real, watch these. It is important to be critical and not just get brainwashed from liberal schooling and mass media.
Comment has been collapsed.
Any President was going to enlarge the national debt, all American currency is born into debt. You could be President and your national debt would get larger. What's real is species dying due to deforestation or hunting them to death for no reason other than we consume.
As for the NWO and the entire "wake up" conspiracy that I've heard again and again....stop....think rationally about what you just said.
It is important to be critical and not just get brainwashed from liberal schooling and mass media.
It is important to be critical and not just get brainwashed
not....get brainwashed.
How many people would have to be involved for the NWO to genuinely be a thing that is happening? Say all the media outlets are in on it....globally btw not just western media....we're already into the 1,000's of collaborators. All we've done is media. Now add political parties, major oil companies, car manufacturers, global supermarket chains...etc, etc, etc, etc
Eventually you end up with a conspiracy were more people are "in" on the conspiracy than "out".
What's more amusing to me about the NWO conspiracy, there's this global conspiracy to control the entire world, sometimes there's a conspiracy to cut billions off the population by mass killings. So they have the power to try and kill billions of people, they have the power and knowledge to control the entire population. Yet that ONE guy who has figured it all out who lives in Staines, UK, they don't only let him live. They let him post their secret plans all over the internet for millions of people to see and discuss.
As evil plots go, Scooby Doo has tackled better.

This is where the NWO argument breaks down. No one ever has evidence, no one ever can debate it, its just a constant stream of people "knowing" and everyone else is a "sheeple".
Wild conspiracy theories like the NWO stops actual real stories from having legitimacy and hurts alternative thinking movements.

I didn't say anything because there is loads of proof everywhere.
central banks that print money was the first step (they start wars and put countries into debt) but now it's not about money-it's now about power, I'd gladly expose them but I'd get shot
the eu adding more countries, eu army, cultures and traditions being obliterated by the influx of immigrants, the whole mass media backing hillary, george soros+donors+crony organisations like the UN...american union, nafta, tpp yeah no proof right.. people paying for fake man made global warming (while holding back better energy collecting/using methods), how about them taking away peoples guns during katrina? how about secret meetings like bilderberg between influential people that take place every year? how about the trilateral commission, cfr etc
here's part of your truth:
economic crisis

And Brexit rips your entire argument apart.
Its not true, its been around for decades, chill and promote togetherness. The NWO is a racists dream. For "immigrants" to be invading would require millions of people to be in on a conspiracy. There would be more people in on it than weren't.
Occams razor, the simplest explanation is often the correct one. Is it more likely that the entire world know about a conspiracy to take over the world and install a one world government or that wars which have happened for millenia are still displacing people and leaving them homeless.
Things like NWO conspiracies stop real tragedies and awful things to go un-noticed. It also promotes fear and hate. Its stupid.

How does brexit rip my argument apart? nationalism is important, just as constitutions to save people from entire enslavement. It has gone against socialism and globalism.
''Chill and promote togetherness?'' and take away borders..yes that is what sociolists/libtards/hippies/new agers say. They are globalist idiots.

Lol. Legitimately been brainwashed into thinking everyone is your enemy.
I didn't say anything because there is loads of proof everywhere.
Followed with.
the eu adding more countries, eu army, cultures and traditions being obliterated by the influx of immigrants
Annnnd Brexit completely is the opposite, so how is the NWO's global agenda factoring that into things? Donald Trump wants to build a wall literally fencing off a border. Everything that is happening is contrary to your "conspiracy", if you shout it loud enough it doesn't make it true. It's just a bunch of incoherent ramblings from people who "know" things, all the while ignoring anything that disagrees with them.
Yes we SHOULD promote Globalisation, what's wrong with it? Sharing ideas and living in unity and peace? If that's the NWO's secret agenda then fuck, sign me up.
The NWO was a phrase used in a speech 30-40 years ago, get over it, its not real.
You keep saying globalist idiots, libtards, socialists, new agers etc....yet you've not given one single solitary decent argument against becoming a global community rather than isolationist warring countries.
Should you lose your heritage, no. Do people lose their heritage moving towards a Global connectivity? No. If anything, your culture gets promoted and is more accepted due to an increased understanding and teaching of it.
Stop being afraid of change, you'r complaining and moaning about things that are not only inevitable, they're benevolent. You are creating, in your head, a secret organisation to hate through a complete and utter lack of understanding of the situation. It's akin to witch hunting in the middle ages, "witches are what's ruining society, they meet in secret and control the world!"
Just chill and be more accepting of other cultures, understand that immigration is nothing new. Everyone on this planet has heritage probably not pertaining to where they live, from Roman conquest of Europe, to settling of the America's, to the colonisation of India/Australia. Unless you live in the dense rainforests in a tribe that is cut off from society, there is a VERY good chance you are an immigrant. This subversive racism is ridiculous and targets the sections of society that NEED something to hate. Don't let them con you into radicalisation, just like ISIS do to its peoples, just like the IRA do to its peoples, etc etc etc.
EDIT: That being said, you are entitled to believe in whatever you want, just don't proclaim that everyone who doesn't agree is a moron.

''Just chill and be more accepting of other cultures''.
I am chill and every country should preserve their cultures. Who said I wasn't accepting?
''you've not given one single solitary decent argument against becoming a global community'',
read history and understand how detrimental socialism is, read up ideologies and political spectrums, be critical of news, understand current events and poverty, understand how the central banking systems and organisations work, read 1984. The proof is everywhere. You are talking like whatever is happening is inevitable. I say no. The internet is influencing the landscape in which people think and act. You may think we are coming together as one but thankfully we all are keeping our own identities. Of course governments and organisations like the UN are in your best interests....hahahaha sucker!
About terrorist organisations you don't ask yourself who arms and funds them and what the intentions are.
I am far from ''utter lack of understanding of the situation''.
I have had a following of 1.3million members on a website regarding everything going on. Believe me I know EXACTLY what I am talking about and I seriously couldn't give a rats ass what you think about me.
Not gonna reply anymore as I have given you enough details for you to check out but you still hammer on saying I haven't shown you enough evidence...are you for real? You are a product of mass media and liberal brainwashing. I'd say you should get a clue and look stuff up but it looks like you could already be a lost cause. If you actually cared you'd do your own research and form your own CRITICAL opinion instead of asking to be spoonfed. Goodbye.
Comment has been collapsed.
I'm questioning things. I'm questioning you right now. As always with the usual conspiracy "experts", your proof pertains to me having to "look up" myself or believe your beliefs because you said so.
1984 is a work of fiction to start with, its akin to me telling you to watch Star Wars as proof of aliens. Understand how global economics works? Of course, I opened explaining that every dollar is born into debt. Do YOU understand economics? Or have you just watched Zeitgeist and you feel that you are qualified to tell everyone else they don't have a clue about the Eurozone, petro-dollar or the Eurasia agreement. Gold backed currencies, oil based currencies, blah blah blah. None of this points to any shread of evidence of "proof" that the NWO exists.
Follow different ideologies? Do you mean read up on things such as Technocracy and how we can live in a world where trade natural resources and devolutionise currency? Or do you mean read up on Scientology and how Xenu's second coming and phetans are inside us all?
There's a lot of bullshit out there, there's a lot of genuine good ideas out there. However the good ideas(eg, technocracy) don't get a look in because 1.3m people would rather watch your youtube video about how chemtrails are spreading poison into our atmosphere. Again, if the NWO exists, why don't they kill you to keep you quiet? They're controlling the entire world, yet you are free to tell 1.3m people about their plot. Why? Again, I refer you to Occams razor, the simple explanation is, you are alive because the organisation you are openly exposing doesn't exist TO shut you up. Here's the issue though, media controlled by the state DOES exist, its a bad thing. Its not always there, but of course there are some news stories that are spun in favour of the government or stories kept out of the press. Thats not the NWO at work or the Skull and Bones or the Bildeburg Group. Thats the USA, UK, China...whoever...not wanting bad press. Go promote ideas about free press, don't give these guys a ridiculous world conspiracy to hide behind. Legitimate complaints get brushed away because as soon as they talk they can get lumped in with ridiculous ideas like this.
Submit your ideas and beliefs for sure, don't tell everyone else they are wrong or stupid whilst spouting nonesense yourself. You aren't as well read as you think, you've seen or read some conspiracy documentaries and gone on a few message boards, that doesn't class you as an expert. However when an "expert" speaks, you claim his argument has no weight as its on TV which is controlled by the bad men. Or its a government agent spreading disinformation. Just have your opinion, spread your beliefs, but do so whilst being objective and accepting of others instead of knowing "the truth".

The whole debate seems to be based on the quaint Victorian notion of nature being in a beautiful, harmonious equilibrium, rather than the tumultuous, gritty fight to the death with ever-changing battle lines that actually happens. Yes, I believe that the world is warmer than it was a thousand years ago, but the world has been getting warmer ever since the last ice age 11,000 years ago. Only 20,000 years ago the Great Barrier Reef was dry land, and when the world was warmer, what is now Australia's arid interior used to be a sea . Climate change is just the latest in the list of big issues for those of us living beyond mere subsistence to worry about. Before that it was the hole in the ozone layer, HIV/AIDS, nuclear armageddon, communism (seriously, America? WTF?), etc.
I think it's sensible not to waste energy, but I don't like the moral condescension that often accompanies the message, and I don't agree that it is justified. It really takes government legislation to make a significant difference, because industry doesn't change unless there is a dollar in it. I am concerned that people are trying to find an easy answer and blaming the wrong thing. Carbon dioxide isn't the problem - it's a plant growth stimulant, so it is a self-regulating system, to some extent. Carbon can not be created or destroyed on earth and it doesn't leave the atmosphere, so the quantity of carbon (upon which all life is based) is fixed. If carbon dioxide was really the enemy, we should be binding carbon up in stable compounds - i.e. making lots of plastic.
People (or governments, rather, e.g. Australia and USA) like to bang on about China, but their new vehicle emissions laws are amongst the strictest in the world and they really don't like to look bad. I worked with an engineer that helped developed a new Jaguar V8 engine (they "leveraged" the work that Toyota did in developing their 1UZ-FE), and he said that the Chinese emissions limits were their benchmark, because they were tighter than their local standards in the UK at the time. Just three days ago, a mate repeated an anecdote told to him by one of the senior executives of the iron ore mining company he works for. He had been in a meeting with a Chinese steel company executive in Beijing in the lead up to their Olympics. Apparently, the prevailing wind was blowing pollution from one of their mills over the area of the city they were in, so the steel exec got on the phone and shut the plant down. This would never happen in Australia or USA - it's a multi-week operation to get it back online, and he would have lost his job.
I don't agree that solar and wind power are any more "renewable" than petroleum, because future energy is still dependent on future solar radiation. The renewal cycle time may be shorter, but that is all. Fossil fuels are just "yesterday's" solar energy. I remember an interesting point during a presentation by the professor of the alternative energy centre at one of the local universities. It was about 15 years ago now, and I realise that photovoltaeic cell technology generally improves in accordance with Moore's Law, as with other semiconductor technology, but he said that the amount of energy collected by a solar panel in its lifetime would not cover the amount of energy consumed in its construction, in part due to the ultraclean environments required. That doesn't mean that governments shouldn't provide incentives, because otherwise the technology won't improve. The same goes for electric and hybrid cars. Whilst they have low or no tailpipe emissions, the power still must be generated somewhere, and the amount of energy and emissions involved in mining, refining, constructing, and disposing of the batteries and the rest of the car mean that if you really want to something for the planet, just keep driving that inefficient old shitbox instead of buying a new car. The same goes for vegetarianism and veganism. It is not the moral high ground that their proponents like to take - according to the World Wildlife Fund, the greatest threat to the world's rainforests is clearing for palm oil plantations. Furthermore, a strictly vegetarian diet is not sustainable for omnivores like humans. Vitamin B12 is essential for life and there are no plant sources of active Vitamin B12. Herbivores get their B12, and a significant proportion of their protein by digesting gut bacteria. In non-ruminant herbivores such as rabbits, bacterial fermentation occurs downstream of the small intestine (where nutrients are absorbed) in the cecum, which humans have as a vestigial appendix. To access these nutrients, non-ruminant herbivores must eat excreted (yep, out the anus) cecotropes (don't try this at home, kids). The life and death of a wild animal is not generally the carefree one that people like to imagine is longed for by those slaughtered for food. Without a stable source of food and protection for predators, daily life is trying not to starve to death or be torn apart by predators, or fatally breaking a leg in the escape and suffocating under their own weight when they can't stand. Death is usually one of the above or disease.
So, I actually support adopting energy conservation measures, but I will argue with people that try to tell me I'm morally inferior for not adopting their favoured methodology. If people really cared, they wouldn't change their cars or mobile phones for fashion reasons and they wouldn't own more than three pairs of shoes.

America doesn't know the difference. The answer is no, but I've been to a socialist country that went capitalist (Croatia) and it hasn't exactly been a triumph of economic reform for industry. I do have a friend from Romania, though, so I take your point.

The movie was a good approach and managed to get some attention more than other documentaries about the same matter but I bet most of the people clicked away after realizing that it's a documentary, so the hope in a move powered by the masses is probably too optimistic, and I feel that steps like what the movie was suggesting should've been done at least 15 years ago, now, they're hoping that the tobacco, oil and food companies will change their actions/the masses will stop consuming as before?
Yeah, sure thing.
Deep shit, here we come.

yes, i care because without global warming there wouldnt be life on earth and it would be like a much colder planet. However current warming is much faster than it should be. There were times when planet Earth not had any ice on poles and in the time of the dinosaurus even Canada was like a tropical jungle.

Do I care about the environment? Of course I do.
Do I recycle? Yes, despite the area I live making it as much of a pain in the butt as possible to do so.
Do I realize the minimal impact I have on the environment? Yep. It's going to take everyone together to make a difference.
Do I believe man is the only cause of global warming? No, not at all.
Cleaning up the world takes money, and that's money most of us (as average people) don't have. It's going to take a much bigger commitment on the part of manufacturers and transportation to have any real impact on the world. Hell, the city I live in even stopped providing recycling bins for trash pick-up, and we're now required to drive our recyclables in and drop them off.
IMHO when the Earth has had enough, it'll kill us all and start over.
Comment has been collapsed.
Global Warming is very real, man made pollution is very real, anyone who claims otherwise is an idiot. All it takes is for you to look at the air in places like Beijing and you can see the harm we're causing. Of course we're not the only cause, but we're speeding up things to a dangerous degree.
Although that documentary also makes some very spurious claims itself. With regards to monetization of making the Earth habitable again, it shows how stupid we as a race are. Things are dying, the place we live is dying, we're killing ourselves, but we won't stop because it costs a number on a screen that we invented to trade natural resources with.
Things are changing though, people are coming up with inventive new ideas and ways to fix the problems we've caused over the decades. So I think we'll only carry on improving the quality of the environment and the preservation of species. Unfortunately America set us back a bit when they elected a president who denies its even a thing. Hopefully they can vote him out again before he does any lasting damage.

Don't care at all.
You only live once so don't give a fuck about anything else except making your life fun for yourself and not ruining it for others.
And hey climate changes naturally not just because of humans so why care anyway for all we know we could have a new ice age tommorow or we could get hit by a comet.

Hello community.
Last night I saw the docummentary Before The Flood, where Leonardo Di Caprio travels around the world to show how global warming is affecting our planet(climate change) and humanity. It is a must see.
I just want to share the docummentary, because I want people to see it and share it, so more and more people can understand the situation.
I've been concern about this situation since some years ago. I do what I can to help, by recycling (In my house and in the office), eating less meat, I even use LED's on every room and use them only when necessary, using less hot water, among other small things that everyone can do.
It's not the best, but if everyone do something small, we can do something bigger.
;)
