well i think their point was that if u paid 0.99 then you were not entitled steamkeys to begin with, so that point was sort of valid, however i assume you did pay literally 1.00+ anyways, so in those regards it may not matter, but DAJ01 question was a valid concern.
edit/update: well i clearly see you paid more then 1.00 after i read the remainder of the post, and your not alone, gl with hb support ;)

It looks like you may have used your key, no reason why you shouldn't have it if you didn't.

If it doesn't appear in your unredeemed keys, you used it. You can check by clicking on the bundle in the "Bundle purchases" section

I did not use it. And even if I did, it would say that I used it. But as I said the game is completely gone from the list of redeemable Steam keys.

why don't you check the dedicated bundle page for the bundle that you bought/were gifted? See if, under the list of games there, it says Bioshock.
(go to https://www.humblebundle.com/home then scroll down to Bundle Purchases and click on the 2K bundle)
Maybe you put it into a gift link without knowing...or maybe someone hacked your account? (Not likely since there are captchas for unauthorised account access)

lol you guys really misunderstand me. the game is completely gone from the list. Here's a screenshot:

Ha, ok, that's definitely not normal. Mine still appear, but I redeemed it.
I don't think they ever have removed a key from a bundle, I think you should contact support.

ah, thanks for showing us :)
Redeemed mine so it's in my list, try sending Humble a support ticket?

It's not back yet, but they're working on it. Just got this message from the support:
Hi there,
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues! I've confirmed the problem and am currently waiting on a solution from our Operations team. I'll be sure to update you once we've fixed the problem. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

They fixed it. Bioshock is back on my list of unredeemed Steam Keys. :)

While checking my Humble Bundle library, I noticed that I can't claim a Steam key for Bioshock 1. I can only download the DRM free version. The game doesn't even appear on the list of Steam keys anymore.
Did they remove the Steam key from the bundle or did it never had a Steam key? I'm a bit confused right now.
Can anyone who bought the 2K bundle and has not used the key for Bioshock 1 yet, confirm this?
