You can make "whitelist giveaways", in which only those people you've chosen to be on your whitelist can participate.

It is the combination of your red, green and blue list.
Red list - people you want to kill,
green list - people that do not join giveaways of games that include violence against animals,
blue list - people you communicated with while being drunk.
