they still respond to the tickets on support here on steamgifts?
i sent a ticket to support about 3 weeks ago, and still don't get any response yet...

Yes they do, bump the ticket, the system is like the forum, the new ones get on the top, if you bump it yours will be at the top

3 reroll tickets opened one week ago here, one bumped yesterday, still nothing. They are only a few to deal with all that, so we just have to wait.
