put it in your browser address bar or even the start menu. it's a steam:// url so the steam client will handle it.

Solved. Chrome just googles what I put in the address bar, tried with IE (don't kill me pls) and it worked

Incredibly enough, it is less accurate than even those system requirements checkign tools.

Just type:
steam://checksysreqs/game-ID
where game-ID is the ID shown on the addressbar on the store page of each game and Steam will automatically check if your PC can run the game.
For example: Dishonored
