Just type:
steam://checksysreqs/game-ID
where game-ID is the ID shown on the addressbar on the store page of each game and Steam will automatically check if your PC can run the game.

For example: Dishonored
steam://checksysreqs/205100

I recall they once had a funny language chat test where typing some stuff will give you not so predictable results. They already fixed it though.

Nope. Can't seem to find a link but all I remember on it is if you type a bunch of characters together without spaces back at least 2-3 years ago, it'll give a weird word in the chat when you hit enter.

put it in your browser address bar or even the start menu. it's a steam:// url so the steam client will handle it.

Solved. Chrome just googles what I put in the address bar, tried with IE (don't kill me pls) and it worked

I did it perfectly fine on Google Chrome. You need Steam already open FYI.

Steam is always running in my pc, it's just Chrome who decides to troll me and search on Google instead of running the checksys

Same for my X1400 Radeon for Dishonored...
Incredibly enough, it is less accurate than even those system requirements checkign tools.
