Invalid E-mail

Would it be possible to amend the rule stating a week has to pass before a new winner can be picked on a giveaway? I just had a giveaway end. surprise surprise, some Russian won and they don't even have a valid e-mail address to claim the gift. I haven't been able to contact them through Steam either. At this point, I intend to choose a new recipient. Is there a way to circumvent that annoying 1-week feature? Should I just delete it and make a new giveaway?

I think you should just wait the week. Maybe the winner will get in touch after all. Or maybe not. Is this issue making your life a nightmare?

You can't delete it and make a new giveaway once it has ended. Just wait 7 days as per rules.

rules are rules....so you have to wait....and we have to live with the fact, that people who don´t active most of their wins just get a suspension of some weeks instead of a permaban....
