There have been a lot of discussions among fans on wider releases but it seems that the consensus is that foreigners would not be able to appreciate the works to the same extent as the natives and it would be risky and costly to enter the market abroad.

It will be a single player RPG game that is set in the Shang dynasty involving Jiang Ziya, at least one cute mythical critter, the 9 black fire ding, jiguan techniques, and the catch phrase: "you will make the difference." It is pretty much guaranteed to have boxed copies and probably digital copies. It it unknown what the DRM will be like since only the DRM from the last game of the last generation is very restrictive (as in always online and bind to account). The series had only CD DRM before that and were easy to pirate, almost leading to the end of the series due to the damage piracy caused.

Thank you. That's interesting news. Information (in english) about Chinese game market usually concentrate about mmo, multiplayer and mobile market - that's why I was curious because it seemed it is single player. So there are high-profil single player games made in China - thank you for that information.
One last question - do you think it will have microtransactions (does other single player games in China do?) or it is only upfront price and eventually some kind of paid expansions / mini-expansion / sequels?

Microtransactions in Chinese single player games? I haven't heard of any except for a few games on the iOS. Edit: Oh right 古剑奇谭 sells costumes and stuff as DLC, but it might be the only Chinese single player game ever to have that. From this particular developer (Softstar), we've seen a few excellent cheap (1 rmb or $0.16) DLCs and one story content pack that is somewhere between a DLC and a full expansion. The merchandises and promotional items included in these products are quite desirable. The single player games with the greatest following in China are 仙剑奇侠传 (Prequel to main game 5 released on January 15, 2013),轩辕剑 (Main game 6 coming out later this year with a main game 7 developed as an MMO concurrently), and 古剑奇谭 (Game 2 coming out this year and online version in development)。 The three sword-related game series mentioned above belong to the wuxia genre, which is immensely popular in Chinese media.

He's trolling ;) who in their right mind would come to a site where one can win games if they didn't like games?

I`m mostly waiting for MMOs this days :) TESO, NWO, Wildstar and Repopulation... I wonder how they will fare in market flooded with MMOs :) and they look quite interesting :)

Oh yeah, I have it, got it on release :) though I left it after a little while due to extremely annoying queues for PvP... they were taking like 4-5h to get into, and I`m not even kidding :P
Will give game another chance since I heard they fixxed that :)

I'd say it's fixed, I am really not sure if I played right PVP xD (I'd say it was World vs World). On the other hand I didn't play GW2 for PVP, I wanted to see story and it looks interesting but the world and Event system are things that made me like game. Especially those big bosses were you need help from other players (usually random people).

I might want some games but im not really 'desesperated' for them, i will get them if i have the opportunity but other things are first than games

Possibly Watch Dogs, it looks very interesting. But I hear it's a PS3 or PS4 exclusive, I'm not sure, can anyone confirm that?

lol nope, PS4, Next Gen Xbox, PS3, 360, Wii U, PC

the only Nintendo console it is coming to is the Wii U, it is not coming to the Wii, I don't think the Wii could even handle a fraction of the game.
As for onlive, possibly but with it's tiny library of games I highly doubt it, it has only received 2 more games in the past 6 months and they are both over 2 years old. 2 games released in 6 months? and people wonder why they went bankrupt in the first place.

That game looks quite awesome indeed, looking forward to it !

I normally play them for the story, but recently I replayed MGS3 on European extreme (if they see you it's game over) and it was a really awesome experience. It makes you question your every movement.
Also I wanted to buy Dead Space 3 asap since the two first games have been two of the games I've enjoyed the most in this generation, but it seems that they ruined the third one.

Yes, I did, and with 0 kills! (I tried long time ago but couldn't get past The Pain without killing him, I found it for the 3DS really cheap and decided that being able to play it in bed was worth the money xD)
The first one is scary. The second one, people say it's not that scary, but if you play it at night with earphones it really is. Although it's not like in Amnesia where you feel totally defenseless, if you play it during daytime I think you shouldn't have a problem. They're great games, give them a chance!

My worst nightmare :(. When I played original CoH I started multiplayer accidentally after tutorial and got wiped by some random dude. I didn't even learn everything from tutorials. Some time later game just "got uninstalled" I am not sure how that happened :.

I have to say I've never heard of it before and now when I goolged it I got really interested. And funny thing is recently I was wondering what's up with space sim games. I don't remember seeing any new one in years. Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention.

Oh, I am SO excited for Mew-Genics! I adored The Binding of Isaac and I have really wanted a kitten for awhile now, but I've never had one before, just a dog.. So the idea of playtesting being a cat lady IRL is super appealing to me :P
Oh, and about TBOI... A friend gifted it to me and the first time I played it, I HATED it. I hated that you only got one life, and it was just way too hard for me. Then I went back to it a week later, kept trying, after a couple weeks I passed the first level.. now I've logged over 100 hours, beaten almost all of it and it's one of my favourite games ever, haha. Funny how that happens.

SimCity 5, Command and Conquer 5, Carmageddon 3 and SupCom 3.
Oh. Wait...
Seriously, though Torchlight 2, since it's the spiritual successor to Diablo 2, Anno 2070, and the Dead Space series.

So let's start some interesting topic. It's question time.
What's game you really can't wait to play?
Are you waiting for yet unreleased game or you want to get your hands on game that's already released?
It would be nice to hear explanation for your answer :).
