50 Euros comes to about 66 USD. Small budget. Do you need a PSU with this?

This case by Corsair looks good for the budget.

Silverstone also offers something nice.

Cable management is simple if you use some thrift store zip ties to pull the bound cables to wherever you wish. Attach the zip tie to a part of your case, such as an empty hard drive shelf. It takes some planning, but it's certainly less complex than installing a new PSU.

Nice case. 400mm space for video cards.

The longest video card I've heard of in recent history is the Radeon 5970 at 330mm (13 inches). Most cards today come to about 266mm (10.5 inches) but some coolers can take you a fraction beyond that. Aftermarket coolers usually don't put you over 280mm (11 inches).
