Breaking Bad, Dexter, Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, and Arrested Development are my top five shows.

Grimm, Hannibal, Taken, Pillars od the Earth

Spartacus, especially the first two seasons.
And, definitely, Game of Thrones, it's awesome.
Currently watching DaVinci - it's ok, but very freely adapted.

Firefly, Angel Beats, The Walking Dead, Doctor Who

Game of Thrones, Spartacus, Breaking Bad, Dexter, Homeland, Battlestar Galactica, Prison Break, also 24 is really good, especially the first 3 seasons; maybe The Walking Dead - first and second seasons were really good, the third one though - not so much... If you are looking for something to chill on - Arrow is nice, Burn Notice, Stargate (all are really good except Universe).
