You can check their giveaways, right? See when their last eight were - if they were all recently/at the same time or not. If not... well, you know what to do.

Then, yeah, ask for a reroll. If they haven't sent anything in seven months then they're probably not around to accept your current gift. Maybe they just went offline/forgot about steamgifts.

AFAIK not sending gifts is rarely cause of suspention. So I guess, no, a reroll won't approved.

Happy birthday :D How old did you turn ? As far as I know unsent gifts don't constitute a reason for a reroll. If they do it intentionally and repeatedly they'll be suspended for it but it doesn't have much to do with their wins so I'd let it slip.

I don't see anything about unsent gifts on the rules and guidelines, so if it's a cheap game, and the winner is otherwise clean, just send it.

it has nothing to do with breaking rules on sg, maybe he had problems delivering the games.
i know at least a lv10 that has 12+ unsent gifts, i wouldn't worry much about it
of course it's lv10, no one would dare to take action.if it was lv1-2 it would have been destroyed long ago by the elitists ^^

So one of my winners has EIGHT unsent titles, but you know, today is my Birthday, so I really don't want to stress about anything.
