I wish we could buy Steamwallet with PayByPhone.

I belive Valve discontinued the 5 dollar wallet card, so you can't find a legit seller for it.

You can get £5 in the UK which is around $7 to $8 but you would need someone who lives in the UK to get you one. (steam auto converts currency i've used steam wallet cards in $ and it has translated to £ so the opposite should work)
