Steam is f** up today, I just opened it on the chrome and it was in Russian, I refresh the page and get this, I was logged in on someone else's account, someone named FalloutCabbage with 12 games on their wishlist and Fallout 3 on their cart. Weird as hell, but it seems to have gone back to normal now.
