how much will it cost with dlc from the monthly bundle when other games come out? will it be possible to get it for 3-4 euros?

Nope it won't, bundle will be over and CIV VI only will rise in price(same happened with TWW previous year)

Nope. It will go up until the game gets into a regular bundle. Usually takes 3-7 months.

From what I've heard you don't want the base game with those 2 tiny DLC anyway. The base game seems to be pretty bare bones so you'd have to rebuy the complete edition anyway.

Once the game won't be available via bundle anymore the price can only go up, and it probably will.
