It was probably just an honest mistake. Just wait for the gib creator to get back to you and take it from there. Support rarely suspends for fake gibs since they usually give the benefit of the doubt and one would have to prove that it is a fake gib and not an honest mistake. Relax and enjoy your holiday :).

yes but for example you duplicate lemon. both lemon have inside juice. so if you duplicate key - 1 have game inside and second have nothing - it is not duplicate

Since these are not physcial things, you can produce as more as you want. So, a duplicate key would be the exact key you've used before.

Maybe,he was uncertain of the key,since theres no way to check it other than try to activate it,after which if the key was valid its already used.Will it give you satisfaction that the person will get a 3 day ban?Just mark not recived and move on man...

I won an used code, I contacted the creator of the GA, he replaced it and it worked like a charm.

You can do the following in order:
- Contact the creator and tell him so he can give you a good code
- If creator of GA does not want to do that, then mark as non-received + report him if needed.
