Hmm, just joined another group like this recently, I don't like the monthly requirement groups because I can't enter many giveaways (because I own a lot of them, especially the most commonly gifted, already), but I do like the idea of giving a gift for winning a gift. Would love to join, although I am kind of broke atm, so wouldn't be entering any giveaways as of yet, as obviously I'd wanna be sure I could make a return giveaway ;). Regardless, I enjoy lurking chats some (and chatting of course :P) and helping weed out bad apples.

06 - Be online in steam regularly (being afk is a disease and the only cure is going afk longer) also chat is not gonna happen
07 - Create another giveaway (no contribution value) if you win something in this group within 5 days (impossible, must create a contributor value of $313 even though it will be exactly the same)
08 - Accept decisions made by an admin (only 1 admin? time to ignore it)
09 - Post the link to your group giveaway in the giveaway thread (there is no thread)
10 - If you don't want a game, do not enter the giveaway (unless you have a tail because tails is gonna enter)

There are 29 regular members , and 1 admin making it 30 members.
