Is it wrong to call the person a leech and claim they should stop entering if they aren't going to gift anything after multiple wins?
Yes.

I suggest you delete this topic, otherwise we'll all know who you're talking about once he accepts and you'll risk a suspension for calling the person out.

I can assume a lot of people can't give back for several reasons. I can see why using this website without contributing can seem greedy or something, but you CAN make your own gifts contributor-only.
Although, it also seems like the recent contributor-only raffles are an attempt to scare away the non-contributors.
E.G. I can't give back because I'm underage. I can't even get a Paypal, because I have to be 18 to get a debit bank-card. Simple.

Have you looked into playing the Steam Market?
That's how I buy games now, I game the market. ;)
(I'm actually really really bad as far as "market players" go. I just sell cards I get, and get some more cards from family members that don't care.)

Well... I don't play or own barely any of the games that have cards so far. I absolutely hate L4D and TF2, for example. And what will I do? I get 3 cents and save up for a while? I'm not trying to make excuses, but I'm not that dedicated to paying back to the community. Sorry.

No, but neither is it right. It all depends on who you ask, and their view. You don't have to give away games on this site, so if people come and only 'leech' as you say, there isn't anything technically wrong with it.
I used to think the same way about members that won tons, and never gave. But now I don't really care. Not everyone has the money to give back to the community. This site has users from all over the world, and someone living in a country which has a low minimum wage who can barely afford a decent standard of life, cannot be expected to give tons back, if anything. Sure, they could buy a bundle for a dollar, but some probably don't even have that to spare.
Other users just might not be as generous, or too young to work, etc, etc. There's loads of things to factor in.
Overall, I don't really care if people have given or not, because I don't care who wins my games, so long as they want and enjoy them, and appreciate the gift.

Looks like you were, are and will be. Some people just can't afford any games.

Just happened, no reply, just wanting some opinions, I guess.

It's not the lack of gifting that irks me, it's all the winning.
The shit I gift is always dirt cheap, and I'd say I've won more dollar value than I've given. But, I try to give SOMETHING back whenever I can.
Fuck, I wish the "request a new winner" button just... picked a new winner.
