Go to the game's steam store page and copy the app id, then paste it after steamgifts.com
for example
this - https://store.steampowered.com/app/2315020/Froguelike/
becomes this - https://steamgifts.com/app/2315020
From there you can add it to hidden list

If a game has never been given in a public (or accessible to player group/private) GA, then it's not possible to add it to Hidden Games list. This for me is a problem with DLC's, as I like to put all of them on the list as soon as I get them, but unfortunately not all are found even in archives. When this is the case, then short of creating own false Invite Only GAs for them, I don't see a way to put them on the list.
I would suggest, that the same game searcher, that is used for creating a new GA, would be used to also allow us to add games to the Hidden Games list.
