No, not really. That wouldn't need another website for it. And as well as that, "ProofOfPrepurchaseOnly" is basically code for "This is a retail key". Look at any entry for a retail key possible, such as humble bundles, and it's always ProofOfPrePurcahseOnly.

Yes, and what better way would there be to drum up hype for Metro Last Light, than having people play Metro 2033 for free? And no, you are entirely wrong. If it was getting it throughh a pre-order, they would not need to have it done by retail key at all.
