hmm, i have a little problem

Today i won , my 1st giveaway and when i click on link in my email i see this message

An error was encountered while processing your request:

This gift has already been redeemed.

Anyone can explain me this ?

hmm if you dont get ur gift in what is it 2 weeks, contact support

  • see if its on ur steam inventory or in the uninstalled list.
  • send an email back to the sender saying it has already been received

Did check with in steam app some time show up there make sure ALL GAME is check and look that even try a start of Steam
