I never had them shipped? they didnt even take the money. i did cancel them. but they still demand that damn fax with my name and what do i know.
also contacted the USA's support. they were fine, but they could not do anything about it since it was locked from the german site

amazon support was the best customer support i've ever had to deal with over several years.
Always went to great lenghts to fix things up or even help me fix my mistakes up. They're one of the grand reasons i like using amazon.

They have been wonderful for me. I smashed my Kindle accidentally, breaking its screen, and they sent me a new one for free! Only thing I had to do is to ship them the broken one in 30 days time. But I didn't even have to pay for the shipping as they took care of all the expenses. So I got a new Kindle for absolutely $0.00.

i have had great experiences with them once i blew up my psu so they sent me a new one straight away, the other time i ordered a pc case with next day delivery that hadnt come in a week so i contacted them and they sent a new one, the day later the other one turned up so i got 2for 1:)

First of all. the problem is i ordered a pair of hedphones, and then they demanded a fax. i sent it like 4 times and they never recieve it. so i contacted them. and every time their solution is i have to give THEM my information, then they will hand it over. and its like 14 times now. and still noting. i have games like Darkness 2 and other fairly expensive games on that account.
