Where do people get Middle earth: Shadow of mordor GOTY so cheap?

Hello i have a simple question.
Does anyone know where people get the game "Middle-earth; Shadow of mordor Game of the year" so cheap? I've seen a lot of places where people sell it for only 3.9 USD, and the lowes i have seen it is like 5 USD in Nuuvem.
Anyone have any idea?

Yes, i though of that one, but is sold out for like a month now, and when it wasn't sold out i wasn't able to buy it. So i think there is other way people get that game cheaper, or maybe they bougth like 1000 copeies somehow from there and now they are selling them.

In the past, there was a price glitch. Bought a couple of those for 1 buck each. gave away to all my friends. They didnt even know there was a price glitch and gave present equal to store value back in return. :/

Same as spigias said above. I got my copy during the Cyber Monday glitch on Ubisoft's website. They were charging $1.84 all day.
