[Help] Game not in library but still downloading....

That's Half Life 3.

Had that once or twice. No idea what it is.

From that pic Steam isn't downloading anything, it's showing you the last rate at which something was downloaded and how big it was.

Just delete game from Steamapps folder.

Restart steam ?

I've had that recently but didn't notice it was slowing my internet - mines slow anyway :| I thought it could be the steam beta I'm using...

I just restarted steam and it cleared it...

I'd say it is Nuclear Dawn Server Tool if you have it...
