Which version provides the best deal?
Should I just get the 12.49 Trine 2 Collectors Edition which includes the first or buy the original and get the collector's edition upgrade for 6.99? Does that give me the same stuff the regular collector's edition gives me?

EDIT: Well, I just tried and failed. It seems I gotta buy Trine 2 too, which I have no problem with... but makes me think that I'm not a genius as I once thought I was.

EDIT (again): However, it seems that I am! I am so deliciously smart that I was able to save a total of: Comparison 1 Comparison 2 that much!

Seems like the upgrade is just the artbook and soundtrack and not the full game. That's if you're thinking you'll get both games for $7 which I doubt it would work.

Trine 2 has many improvements, including online co-op (whereas Trine 1 only had hotseat co-op) but if you wanna learn a little about the story, you'd need Trine 1 too. Trine 2 is a direct continuation.

Edit: haha wow, buying both separatly costs less than getting the Collector's Edition... 8.09 euros instead of 9.99

The collectors edition also has a digital art book, dev commentary, and a soundtrack +Trine original. That's why it costs more.
