Question about Steam

Hello everyone! I have a question: can anyone get suspended and/or banned for using the same credit card on different accounts? This is because, I don't have a credit card, so it's impossible for me to buy games or add money to my Steam wallet. Whenever I buy games, I ask a friend to buy it for me, and then gift it to me. But I can't do that with my Steam wallet. So, the question is: if I ask my friend to buy 50 dollars for my Steam wallet, from my Steam account, with his credit card (which he uses to buy games for himself), are our accounts at risk of being banned?
