Dota 2 is F2P already ?

That is only spectate dota. You can only look at games. they allow you now to buy for something like 30$ to get a few items and a game inv though

Remember the ol' days when ppl paid $60 games for dota 2? That is how I ended up with Skyrim and kingdom of amular xD

Maybe valve let u guys especially for those who dont even know dota to get introduced to the game because in maybe a week there will be 1 mill dollar as the main prize international dota tournament, namely The International and u can maybe spectate it in dota 2 client or via stream available, and yeah its gonna be F2P

I can download it but i have no beta key or something.

The store says I already have it but when I click play now, it attempts to install it, fails and says no subscription. I never got into the beta.

Yeah I had a friend and it said Playing DOTA 2, I clicked that game and it asked to download/install so I said yes. But I do see it on the store for $99, so not sure what I am downloading now...any ideas?
