Why are you using gift links anyway? Unlink your Steam account. Humble piss me off. Humble my ass.

I asked them about something the other day and was told they also don't support giveaways and that keys are only for personal use or to gift to a friend. Not like how this site works.

Don't use links, get the keys, put them in drawings. I always find it a hassle when people get gift links.

Ah fuck them, you buy something and it's yours to do as you please.
Use a credit card and charge back if they try to mess with you.

I was about to comment on that. I've bought a lot of keys from both HB and G2A. I've gotten bad keys from both. The interesting thing is I've consistently gotten (much) faster and more courteous support from G2A. (And no, I've never bought their "Shield" crap.)
If credit card fraud is such a big issue, they should be pressuring the credit card companies to fix it, not screwing over legitimate customers.

You know, SG does have that 'Trades' button at the top. That would indicate to anyone looking at the site that SG is a trade site.
Not that it's not a trading site even without this. Sure, it's a random trading site, but that's still basically a trading site.
Still, I think that bundles hurt the games market more than the grey market does (though Humble is the best bundle site in this respect).

"WE DO NOT SUPPORT THE TRADING OF GAME KEYS THEY ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY"
Then wtf are the gift links for?

Is it better to use the gift links? or just send the keys. They can't track the keys can they? but with the links they can see you are giving them away...
Also just curious @ Ryahn, We have about the same ratio of games sent and received. Have you given away humble gift links outside of this site? All my giving has been on this site so I am wondering if this will become more of problem for people on here. Alot of my gifts come from humble as well.

That's a little concerning. Hopefully this won't become a problem since most of the games I win and giveaway are from humble.

A family member of mine had a remarkably negative experience with Humble Bundle's support. She bought a Humble Monthly Bundle. She purchased a $1 bundle first for the 10% off discount on first time Humble Monthly Bundle and then the Humble Monthly immediately after. She received a confirmation email from Humble Bundle and PayPal that the standard bundle order completed. She then purchased the Humble Monthly Bundle, receiving confirmation emails from both Humble Bundle and PayPal. But the 10% discount was not properly applied to the Monthly. She contacted Humble Bundle after to request a partial refund on the discount amount that wasn't present.
Their response was that the Humble Monthly Bundle showed up in their system as being purchased first. This despite the fact that the emails from Humble Bundle are clearly in the correct order, the PayPal transactions and emails were in the correct order, and the purchase history page on the Humble Bundle site were in the correct order. I understand them potentially having bad information initially, but when the evidence was provided they insisted she was "confused" about when the orders "completed". It was an absurdly condescending and insulting response when there was more than adequate evidence that the purchases were completed in the proper order to have received the discount.
They offered no refund, and when she requested to speak with a supervisor after two customer service representatives provided incorrect information and no help, the representative refused. After that experience, she will no longer be a customer of Humble Bundle. I won't either.

When she is processing the payment she can check the amount she's paying, no ? o_o

It was right before the cutoff for getting the Monthly. So her choices were order even though the discount wasn't reflected in the price and get it corrected by customer service or miss out on the game that made her buy the Monthly in the first place.

Huh, I wonder what their cutoff limit is? I got the Humble Monthly subscription ONLY because of steamgifts - I wouldn't get humble bundles period if I didn't have a place I could give away the games I'm not interested in.

I had an issue with a few of my links not working after being generated. So I sent them an email stating I was trying to gift them to a friend. This is what I got in return.
