A shitty 'puzzle' for a cheap collection

Right, so there's this link for a private giveaway in a file on my site
http://caspianroach.ru/puzzle/Xx#Xx.txt (x-lowercase, X-uppercase, #-number)
and you have to like, sorta, guess the name or something
it's easier than it looks if you think outside the shell
