I grew up with lasagna. One of the best things was helping make it by laying out the noodles and watching all the good stuff get piled in. I haven't had a piece in ages though. Outside of family I can never trust how people cook certain things in restaurants. Its always wrong like how one place had chicken marsala but screwed it up by using whole chicken breasts instead of slicing it thin.
