Personally fan of the Russian song this year, though I suppose it is most likely to win as well for being the single not stereotypical performance I got the chance to watch this year.
Disappointed with my own country's song again... Well, it wasn't chosen as a finalist anyway. One of the few examples of a really good song I would listen to and watch personally without an occasion is this -

Sadly it didn't make it to be #1 that year, though this doesn't stop me from playing it every now and then.

We had an awesome eurovision party over here. Mostly to play drinking games. Disappointed that the UK didn't do worse than it did. I love it when we end up with 0 points.

Anyone watching in the UK will get an idea of how much we care about this contest. We had a comedian giving snarky commentary over all of it.
In the end, we won the British way by not coming absolute last. And that's good enough for a country that gives zero fucks about the Eurovision song contest!

No, I don't think the Queen said "I give zero fucks about that Eurovision song contest!"
Sides, she wouldn't decide anything (Which is unusual for our Queen who is totally not just a big figurehead) about Eurovision anyway, it'd be the BBC, I think.
But honestly, I really think the UK don't care about it. Admittedly, this year we had an actual well known singer instead of just some band that no one's ever heard of, so maybe we're starting to care more.
If we did, we'd call Paul McCartney, David Bowie and Jeff Lynne, have them do a song together. No one could top that.
