Why do my textures on borderlands GOTY never pop up?

When i play Borderlands GOTY the graphics look like crap because none of the textures pop up until i get right next to the area..
Anybody got a fix for this?

Got any other games running on UE3 that have the same problem?

Have you updated your graphics card drivers lately?

Never mind, its because i couldn't find the graphics options to change the resolution... Fixed now..
