[Tier 1] Can't get enough of these Talisman rebundles.
[Tier 2] DLCs for my free Spess Mehreen key, yay.
[Tier 3] Holding back the growing tide of Chaotic warships that spilled into the Gothic Sector shall be my greatest honour.
[Rebundle] Vermintide has been in Indie Gala for cents and Space Marine was just given away, what is this?!
[Skip] I don't like serving the Emperor. Pixel platformers please.

Interested in Battlefleet Gothic: Armada, not sure about the price though

In a BTA tier it would be great. Like this there's a lot of filler for sure.

I'll pick up the first tier for the missing Talisman expansions. I might be in the mood to play it again some day.

I have most of the expansions (except the newest one I think), I want to say pool is worth it for sure, but I usually disable Harbinger and blood moon as they change the game a lot (which... you may enjoy)

T1. I guess one can never have too many copies of Dawn of War GOTY, right?

Tier 2 for me, I think I would have gone T3 if they offered the standard $2 credit for subscribers.

I was going to do that actually, I didn't even know they DIDN'T offer the credit until I saw your post. Damn, it's weird that they didn't this time.

Not only their weekly bundles, but the monthlies are going worse ... Free games , re-bundled and only one good game on the highest tier... really nice, they going to be like bunchkeys after time, maybe even worse... not like before , after the IGN something happened and don't tell me its isn't, because of IGN..

It's objectively worse since I subjectively don't like it, I can confirm.

Yeah, they started releasing bundles with 1 game as the selling point. T3 and the rest is filler.

Thematic bundles are a bit rare nowadays, this one is decent for WH40K fans. Nice price tag too.

Talisman: The Horus Heresy instead of Talisman would have made the theme of the bundle a really complete Warhammer one ;)

are Space Marine dlcs multiplayer only?

Permalink

Comment has been collapsed.

yes, the horde mode you can theoretically play solo, but in reality you cannot ;p it does not scale, so if you play solo without co-op you will face against enemies designated for full co-op party. It is possible to finish 1st level solo but anything above that will require playing with other people. Skins can be used in multiplayer only, as singleplayer is linear story about specific marine from specific order and having other skin would make no sense story-wise ;p

Definitely tier 2. I want that space marine collection but also interested in Gothic Armada and WV dlc

Ended up buying Tier 3. Will try to split the games I already have:
Talisman Digital Edition
Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War GOTY edition - traded
Warhammer 40000 Dawn of War III - traded
Warhammer End Times : Vermintide - traded

Only one left.

Tempted to go for that Stromdorf... but, I'll probably just drop $1 for the Harbinger Talisman expansion... unless I manage to win it first.

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War is amazing, I'll tell you that. The rest are "meh" for me. I would like Battlefleet Gothic: Armada, but it's too expensive for me.

Dawn of War 1 is excellent game, but it's a little old so graphics are dated, if you require high quality graphics it may be a problem ;p
Talisman is basically a 1:1 copy of board game, only sense it makes is to play online with other users and that's only if you like old classical oldschool board games.
Vermintide is highly praised co-op game - if you like the genre it's one of the best titles you can get.
Space Marine is very linear action-game, if you're a fan of WH40k universe it's worth a try, I enjoyed it, but if you're not a fan there are dozens of better games.
Blood Bowl 2 could be a good game if not the way they decided to monetize it. It's a turn based strategy based on tabletop game but not a 1:1 conversion, problem with it is it's monetization, base game offers very limited number of races and vast majority opf races are sold as separate DLCs, in comparison to Blood Bowl 1 it offers much less and requires you to buy additional content.
Dawn of War III is shite - it's unfinished game they were supposed to develop further past-launch but they dropped it due to poor sales. You're much better picking up previous DoW games.
Gothic Armada looks great, but is reported to be full of bugs, unstable and unbalanced, plus it got dropped without promised fixes by developers who instead started working on sequel. I'd still love to try it out, it looks gorgeous and gets a vibe of big scale battles from the universum, but I wouldn't say T3 price is worth it.

Thanks for all of that! I'll go for tier 1 and give Dawn of War a try and wishlist Vermintide for now! :)

Vermintide was in a much cheaper bundle, and the sequel is now often on 50% sale, maybe more for Christmas

You're forgetting there are four Dawn of War 1 titles and three Dawn of War 2 titles.
So it contains the first quarter of Dawn of War 1 if you so want.

The third is abandonware at best.

I got T2 for 4.6$ - wanted Blood Bowl 2 and Talisman DLCs, seems reasonable for this price. I really wish Gothic Armada was in BTA not top tier thou :(
