Final Fantasy 7 Remake :3

Played FF7-9 to death, the great soundtracks still haunt me - if the remake gets about as much
dedication as FF7 did back in the day then oh boy, certainly looking forward for a release on PC

But it's still Square Enix.

While I enjoyed 7 I hope they do a similar thing with 8 (my favorite)

As a fan of classic jrpgs with turn based battle systems I'm really disappointed ._.
I also really liked the materia system of FF7 how you can unlock new skills with it and get fucking overpowered if you want.
This one now looks more like the Crisis Core battle system or the one from the upcomming FFXV and meh I'm not a fan of this.

I just hope they won't ruin anything from FF7 asides from combat (now it's become FFXV like)

Still I'm kinda looking forward for Cloud's purple dre-... well you know that scene xD

Just as I expected. Square Enix is having hard time with the Final Fantasy franchise, so they decided to use their trump card (FFVII). I expected this game to be like modern RPG games like The Witcher, so they can have a chance to milk the series more. I only hope the story stays the same

i'm trying not to get hyped, sadly that battle style and Barret's sunglasses (i know its a small detail, but he doesn't look like Barret with it) are helping it :P Still gonna be my first (and only) pre purchase game haha

I liked the trailer a lot.i don't have problem that combat will be different.i want to replay the game for the story and the amazing visuals.i don't mind to be more cinematic and action related.if i want my full nostalgia feeling i can play the old one:).i just hope they don't cut too much because that game was quite huge for today standards.

The game is using Unreal 4 engine right?i can't find any confirmation about that though but it looks like unreal 4.

Well this definitely looks AMAZING and I really enjoy that I can play this with nostalgia of my 5 year old self, but they turned it into realtime battle action which, as you can see by some of the new FF games they cant handle, so I am kind of worried about that. However it does look good so far so I do have high expectations. Just for gods sake please don't ruin the battles... T_T

This is fantastic, will it come to Steam?
Still hoping FF 6 would get the remake too.

Played it at Playstation, and loved it. The remake sounds awesome!

dam, it really looks a bit better and nicer than old ffvii :o

not that much though because FFVII had and still has amazing graphics, especially when it comes to hands and fists. Poor things either had no fingers at all or maybe... maybe they just were ready to punch someone, at all times :x
