As title said, is there a way or tool to calculate real CV for a specific group?
This tool is just use for a group, it will not count public GA and private GA.

Not directly that I know of, but take an old private giveaway of yours, create an SGTools link for it and set the real_sent_group value to really high. You won't pass the rule and your value will be provided.

EDIT: I just realized you are looking only for a specific group and not just all group GAs, so I guess the answer is no :(
