It appears that some cards randomly are more expensive from day to day. I mean, 2 days ago dota keys were 1,53€ each...
edit: treasure keys ofc. The other things are Dota gifts ;)

Because of market fluctuations, nothing to worry about.
Personally, I found it harder to get hold of an Engineer.
And there's no need to buy a specific TF2 card from the market, you can get them all by 1:1 trading if you are patient.

Yes, once you craft them, they are gone. If you want another set, you have to buy them or trade for them.
But as I said, you don't need to buy specific cards (unless they cost the same), because you can trade your cheaper TF2 card just fine for any other TF2 card if you are patient enough.
