No, as long as you create the giveaway before the game was bundled, you still get full value.
You can lose value in two ways: 1) by creating a giveaway after a game has been bundled, but it has yet to be marked as bundled at this site (the value will be reduced once is it marked as bundled here); 2) by the Steam price of a game going down.

Could be that some games you have given have had their values reduced on steam, sg apparently use current values of games rather than what the value was when given

Your Level will sometimes fluctuate if a game become retroactively bundled or if (at least, it used to be this way) a bundle goes on sale on Steam. For example, The Daedalic Armageddon bundle on Steam. If the bundle goes on sale, the each game in the bundle jumps up in value. It would then revert back to its normal level once the sale was over.

I've always been a fan of turn based strategy games with rpg elements but never played any X-Com game so far. I'd really like to though. So thanks for the chance(s). =)

Hello mates! This is an XCOM Train (the little happy bundle cheap leftovers).
I just want to ask something please. What is happening with my level? One day it is 8, the next day is 7. This happened at least two times this month. I was away from this site and maybe I miss something :)
