It shouldn't. The userdata folder stores Steam Cloud saves in transit to and from the servers and Valve took precautions to support multiple Steam accounts on one computer. If you've logged into multiple accounts from that computer then you should see more than one entry in the userdata folder, with a folder corresponding to your SteamID. Steam will fetch the save files for each account currently logged in.

I,for my part, bought the game, so I could play with my girlfriend. My heart beats for Battlefield.
So probably will the Campaign remain untouched for me...
CoD is a MP/CooP (Zombie) - Title anyways... the Campaign is there... so the "I only buy two games a year to fill breaks, where I have nothing to do."-Gamers or the people who start to get into FPS have something to play with.

So I am at my girlfriends place, atm.
We both own Black Ops 2.
When I log into my Account, and I synchronize the game with /my/ cloud, will that mess up her progress in any form or way?
