You did the right thing. You should always check your winners and make a reroll ticket if anything comes up so support can check. If the suspension is served they'll close it, if not then they'll suspend the winner and approve reroll.

It's a valid reason to *ASK* for a reroll, but not necessarily a good one to get it. If they haven't been suspended for it, they will be and the GA will be rerolled. If they've been already suspended, then nothing will happen and you should deliver the game.

In my case support granted reroll for 4 year old infraction yesterday :) So yeah, don't treat this whole "this month" thing too seriously :3

Maybe close it and file under "request new winner" as that ticket category moves the fastest. I think "other" is rarely checked, and if they do suspend, you'll need to file a reroll ticket anyways

This ^^
Also now, with new support members, "request new winner" tickets are solved within couple of minutes :)

So one of my giveaways ended and I had put in the topic that I would check using sgtools to see if they had won the same game multiple times, and if so, I'd ask for a reroll, thinking that was surely acceptable. However as I made a ticket, I didn't see the option to ask for it as it had been more than a month since he won the game twice (it was in 2015).
Still, it irks me that he won and accepted the same game twice, so I went ahead and asked anyway, but it has me curious as to whether it's a legit reason to ask for a reroll, or if I'm just being too strict, and should just let it go.
