You're assuming he's referring to a VAC ban wave. That's a fairly vague tweet.

Also, annoying and irritating as they are, burning in hell seems a bit harsh for cheaters. You seem to have fucky priorities.

Well it wasn't given with any context or other information. If someone's going to share something "hilarious" it would be nice if they included the whole story, not just a small snippet of it that only makes sense and is only funny if you go out of your way to Google it.
