Instead of a 3TB 7200, get a 1 TB 5400 and a 64GB Samsung SSD like 840 or 850.

On the SSD you install your Win while all the programs will be installed on the HDD. W/o an SSD your PC will be outdated in a couple of years.

Getting a 5400 rpm HDD is a bad suggestion, 64 GB SSD is also a bad idea because low capacity and bad $/GB ratio. A new PC without an SSD is already outdated.

why a 5400 is a bad suggestion? It is a gaming PC, you don't need more.
64 GB is also not a bad idea as it is the cheapest solution you can get. Win 10 will be 40-50 GB so you have at least 10 GB free for their updates.

I made tweaks to it: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/bX8jkL price went up a bit, but you will get a bang for the buck.

Changes:

  • Downgraded CPU to i5 4690K (Reason: an i7 is really needed if you want to stream/render)
  • Changed memory to Corsair Vengeance (Reason: to save a few dollars (use promo code: EMCATAX74))
  • Changed Kingston V300 to Samsung 850EVO 250GB (Reason: Kingston V300 did a bait & switch move, newer units are using a crapy NAND which is barely faster than a WB Black hard drive)
  • Changed Seagate 3TB for WD Black 4TB (Reason: 3TB Seagate units have a higher failure rate)

All other parts are untouched.

NOTE: If your budget is written on stone, you can lower the SSD to a 120GB 850EVO and/or ditch the optical drive.

Get an i5, and buy a more expensive GPU :P i7 is pointless for gaming.

It's pretty decent setup I'd say. Only thing I'd change is what Sviat above me said
Instead of i7 I'd get i5 and GTX 980 or 780 and I'd definitely change the RAM.
I can't see a reason to spend 100$ on RAM

thing is in my country 980 is much more expensive the 970 it goes 560e-700+e
but i can get g1 gtx 970 for 355e

The prices here are not any better. You will save around 100e or maybe even more if you
downgrade the i7 to i5 (which I strongly believe you should do but it's up to you).
Plus if you manage to cut some money from RAM and maybe removing the optical drive (why would you even need that nowadays)
you may get to grab a 980.
It's all of course based on your regional pricing and whether your budget is set to a specific amount

The 970 has a memory problem, its best avoided.

I would add this instead: link , I am getting 200mb/s read and 212mb/s on it, fastest and cheapest Space/performance. You can just get an i5 4690K also if gaming is the main concern, no real performance difference.

The HDD is actually a rebranded hitachi hdd....so its good.

You might wanna save some money with a 290(after using 4 different brands, sapphire seems the best) also, its just as good and usually almost 100 less...and get this I would go with this PSU

Only thing i'd change is the kingston ssd to maybe a samsung evo. I've heard kingston's ssds are low-quality.

I bought that mouse/kb combo, sent it back. Keyboard doesnt like multiple keypresses at once, Think sprint, jump and take cover. It just wont register them all, and the mouse is designed horribly. After an hour or so of using it your hand will start to hurt. I know its cheap, but I'd pick something else.

But it will support DirectX 12 natively, and even if we divide what we know about DX12 so far by ten, even then a DX12 card will outperform a DX11 sooooooooo much it'll be ridiculous.

Your rig, apart the i7 to i5 downgrade that was mentioned several times already, is decent then. But if you can, wait for the DX12 cards, because so far there is a great chance people who buy GPUs now will regret it massively later.

The 200 series supports it natively also, no worries, the 380/390 are 200 re-brands actually. Fury is the new line, 500+ dollars, but sure to beat any card out.

If I were you I would wait a little while until the R9 series is released.

A new chip set is coming out in September so you might want to wait.
